TOOL BOX

      Joseph Jude Brien circa 2017

Build your very tool tote using high quality hand tools. Students learn how to follow a plan, measure a board, lay out square lines, cut with a handsaw, drill holes, fasten with nails and screws - and more, all while hand crafting a useful wooden tool box to take home.  Each box can be customized to fit specific tools, supplies, collectibles, etc.

Each participant (or team) is provided with a sturdy work-bench, a set of hand tools and lumber. Step-by-step instruction is given to show how to use each tool safely and effectively.

This program is great for parent/child pairs to experience together.

This class is also offered for YOUNG kids:

*BASIC TOOL TOTE: Kids age four and up assemble pre-cut and pre-drilled kits, using small hammers and nails. Takes about an hour. Great for birthday parties and family gatherings.
